NM250 becomes available on the third round of Finals for GW. For stronger players, this can take between 3-8 minutes on manual or 12-20 minutes on FA.

Notation
For GW, setups are commonly abrieviated based on the number of buttons that are used (B), the number of summons used (S), and the number of turns it takes (T). For example, a setup that says 3T 25B5S means it takes 3 turns and uses 25 buttons and 5 summons.
For FA setups, they are instead notated by the time it takes to defeat them. This can vary depending on ping and for longer raids variances in RNG.

Character wise, the main players are Katzelia FLB
and Catura
thanks to their strong CA support and defensive utility in the case of Katzelia. Typically Katzelia is the first slot in order to make the most of his skill 4’s skill damage..
The final slot can be a few choices. Mirin (SSR)
will be the top choice for damage output thanks to her frequent CAs, skill damage, as well as teamwide CA buffs. She also deals a dispel on enemy CA. Her main drawback is her general lack defensive utility. If the boss is very debuff heavy especially for every obnoxious debuffs, the best option would be Kaguya
thanks to her teamwide 100% debuff resistance as well as her 100% DEF up and 20% reduced damage taken.
One main choice of MC skill is between Unleash the Fury
Elemental damage to a foe. Consume all Feedback on all allies.
(Boost to DMG specs and charge bar based on the number of Feedback consumed.)
or Fever Pitch
All allies gain Fever Pitch (5T).
(Consumes 30% of all allies’ charge bar.)
. The former grants bar to team members based on their Feedback stacks. Feedback increases by one on CA for a max of 3 per ally. This allows for a fast top off to 200% bar to party when needed after a few turns. Fever Pitch consume’s 15% bar but in returns offers 15% uplifted as well defensive utility including the much desired 100% debuff resistance. This effect lasts 5 turns but it has a pretty harsh 12T cooldown. Despite that, I feel it is the better option for consistent CA looping as well as avoiding any debuffs the boss will inflict.
Rising Force
Best sac units to bring in Katzelia are Anila
and Anthuria (Holiday)
. After them, the best option is a character that provides party wide uplifted like Anthuria (Yukata)
or a strong permament debuff like Halluel and Malluel
are beneficial. Otherwise an all sub like Uruki
works.

Full Auto Setups
Characters
These are characters that will be strong for FA setups. They are divided by into three characters to make identifying replacements or determining what to slot based on your needs easier.
Generally stronger characters are listed higher.
Theorycrafted Setups
This section will go over some theoretical Full Auto setups. Due the FA relying heavily on boss mechanics, they may require slight or significant changes for the real fight. EIther way, they offer a good starting point for potential setups.

Rising Force
If NM250 this time is similar to the prior Earth run, leaning towards CA setups will likely be the go to FA for most players. Here, we run grids mostly focused on CA and skill cap up.
Character wise, the main players are Katzelia FLB, Catura, Kaguya (requires manually using her skill 1 on MC), Sandalphon (Valentine), Charlotta (Grand), or Mirin (SSR) with Petra (SSR), Randall (SSR) and Elea
likely being solid replacement candidates as well.
Kengo
Kengo
is the main alternative CA class to RF. It will be better for those Catura.
Lumberjack
If the CA route is not viable, you can lean fully into defense with Lumberjack
. A lot of defense is provided from Lumberjack itself so for the other characters you will likely want to pack dispel and delay candidates.
Swan
Stronger Zephyrus grids will likely be able to go for less CA heavy setups. This will likely be something that makes use of Swan
as the boss will be very buff heavy so the various auto dispellers in wind will be eating good. This will likely use Lumberjack as well unless the boss allows for a more aggressive setup.
Other Setups
Gamewith and Kamigame have some alternative setups including ones with weaker characters. Crew has to fight so no time process before work 🙁
