- The best Illustrious Weapon.
- Gives teamwide double strike on CA. MC starts with 100% charge and has 2 turns of ignition when MH for three turns of teamwide double strike which can be extended or pushed further with instant charge or splitting spirit.
- Amplifies normal attacks by 30% and increases normal attack cap by 20% but sharply reduces skill damage making normal attackers like Ilsa (Yukata)
a lot stronger while punishing auto nukers like Fediel.
Example Grids
Burst
Dark’s primary burst strategy is to use its 150 GM gold moon weapon Ereshkigal for the 30% normal amp, 20% normal cap, and 3 turns of MC charge attacks resulting in teamwide double strike.
The setup leans heavily into normal attack damage. The best way to go about this is with the bonus damage from Causality Driver and the supplemental damage and cap up from Pain and Suffering
. The remaining slots both need to provide raw damage as many dark teams are low on teamwide buffs as well as TA for Cidala (Valentine)
.
Full Auto
For shorter FA bursts, the Eresh team works as great as well. The grid changes slightly here as the need changes to sustained damage and at least some mild defense. Eternal Signatures provide both special cap up and defense making them better slots for this role. That said not too many are needed for shorter setups. After those, you can slot in whatever raw damage slots you’ll have available.
For longer setups, Manadiver is a lot stronger with its sustained skill damage and teamwide bonus damage. Here, Skeletal Eclipse
makes its appearance to help further push the skill damage in these setups. Pain of Death
is often slotted as Nier
is usually used. Without her you can replace it with another Dagger like another ES or something else to meet the 4 of the same weapon type if your grid differs significantly.
Mainhand wise the best with CAs on is Parazonium due to the teamwide bonus damage on CA. With CAs off, it can be basically anything. Usually its taking an ES from grid to free up a slot for something else.
Hard Content
When it comes to Dark Rapture Zero, the fastest method Hades has available is Manadiver with Zosimos as mainhand. Grid wise it seeks to both maximize damage and reduce incoming damage. Majestas
provides medium Garrison and medium Majesty which winds up as the best defensive slot for dark. Because dark is relying on Garrison, it will be at lower HP values which makes running an enmity weapon slot valuable. This will often be Sunya
or Tahar Masala
.
