Early Game (Magna 1)

In the early game, building for Omega grids follows the general format of 5-6 magna mods, 1-2 normal mods, 2-3 EX mods, and 1 seraphic. Below are a list of available weapons for these mod types.

Omega (5-6 per grid)

Weapons who skills are Omega mod. These skills are boosted by Celeste Omega. They typically can be identied by either an Ω in english or M in Japanese.

Chain of Falsehood makes the Dark Opus charge attack provide Double Strike Attacks twice each turn to the following party members. Pair this with a bunch of characters who have Guarenteed Triple Attacks Guaranteed triple attack regardless of Triple Attack Lowered debuffs and you can have an easy OTK. Grid wise focus on increasing normal attack output. If you have skill damage dealers, add some Celeste Saber Aters to make the most of it.

This is strong enough you don’t even need 4 characters for OTK.

Chain of Falsehood makes the Dark Opus charge attack provide Double Strike Attacks twice each turn to the following party members. Hitting 100% bar on MC fast can be done a few ways. Most traditionally is via Splitting Spirit Convert caster’s HP to charge bar (3% charge bar for every 250 HP consumed, up to 100% charge bar).

. Alternatively, with Onmyoji, we can reach that by combining the triple strike from [[[w|sealing-talisman]]] with the charge bar gain increase from [[[m|pandemonium]]]. This two button alternative produces a lot more damage. If time is the higher concern, use Splitting Spirit Instead.

Dark’s primary burst strategy is to use its 150 GM gold moon weapon Ereshkigal for the 30% normal amp, 20% normal cap, and 3 turns of MC charge attacks resulting in teamwide Double Strike Attacks twice each turn .

This will generally lean heavily into boosting the normal attack output. Stacking the high mod from Forbidden Agastia Mk II will ensure you can hit cap. Then the rest can be cap up items. The premium options of Pain and Suffering and Executioner are ideal. But they can be replaced by other options like more Forbidden Agastias, [[[w|covenent-ruin-fist]]], and Ramsund Militis. Opus will always have the Chain of Falsehood as Omega Dark lacks a proper replacement for its bonus damage.

Abyss Spine helps to both increase CA output while increasing HP. Blade of Bahamut Coda is used to quickly raise TA for MC, Catura, and Orologia. This is primarily important for Catura (Summer) for her free Dispel Removes a buff from a foe. when MC and her TA that turn.

Manadiver

For Dark Rapture Zero, Omega Dark can run Manadiver for its plenty of hit counts and high damage output. Grid wise, we make the most of the defensive options we have. Forsaken Agastia, Festering of Mournful Obsequies, and Abyss Spine all provide lots of HP while offering plenty of other useful cap increases. Barring Orologia’s weapon [[[w|casuality-driver]]] is needed to give extra hit counts from its Bonus Damage skill. While it won’t be strong in its unboosted state, it is still an additional hit per normal attack or about 12 additional hits per turn. Vynateya Militis provides up to 20% MA based on how high HP is. Parazonium is the go to mainhand as it provides Bonus DMG (15%) Deals bonus DMG for one-foe one-ally attacks , DA Up (30%) Double attack rate is boosted , and TA Up (30%) Triple attack rate is boosted to the team.

  • For every three skill presses, it provides a random buff including Bonus DMG (20%) Deals bonus DMG for one-foe one-ally attacks , DMG Cap Boosted (10%) Maximum amount of DMG that can be dealt per hit is boosted , Uplifted (10%) Charge bar is boosted on every turn , Veil , Mirror Image , and Armored (100%/20%) .
    • The number of buffs granted is based on total crests with 5 crests giving all buffs.

  1. Hey! Loving all the work you’ve been putting into the site, it’s been really helpful for me as someone getting into the game through the 10th anni event.

    One thing I noticed on this page is that in the Magna 1 example grids, the blurb before the examples are talking about wind weapons!
