Notation

For GW, setups are commonly abrieviated based on the number of buttons that are used (B), the number of summons used (S), and the number of turns it takes (T). For example, a setup that says 1T 4B2S means it takes 1 turn and uses 4 buttons and 2 summons.

For FA setups, they are instead notated by the time it takes to defeat them. This can vary depending on ping and, for longer raids, variances in RNG.

Manual Setups

Overview

Here is a quick overview of characters that are useful for Burst setups. Wind burst setups typically always revolve around Narmaya (Grand) thanks to her 100% bonus damage and teamwide assassin. Most setups will try to put as many buffs on her as possible. Typically, she will either be paired with the attacker/support hybrid Vania (Yukata) or the best targeted support in Wind in Korwa (Summer).

The only setups with Narmaya are skill damage focused setups. These run another set of attackers that have either passive skill damage instances or counters that can deal a respectable amount of damage in a turn with minimal input.

Sumaibito

Sumaibito and Luchador setups make use of the skill Tag Team All allies instantly perform a normal attack without using up a turn. for an instant teamwide normal attack. This pairs great with Narmaya (Grand)’s one turn assassin for multiple one turn assassin hits.

Sumaibito offers a strong upgrade to Luchador It carries a passive 10% cap and 10% damage amp. Additionally with 18 buffs, it will deal a large skill nuke that inflicts 25% DEF down and 6 hits of 30% damage taken amplified. Ideally, you want Narmaya right after Sumai to take most advantage of the amp. The main drawback to it is a 45% hit to TA. Most grids are either designed to offset it or else another source of TA up can be used like Double Trouble III Gain Guaranteed TA (1T).
Spear: All parties gain DA Up (10%, 3T) and TA Up (5~10%, 3T).
Axe: Inflict DA Down and TA Down on one enemy.
or Galleon (Summer)’s skill 1 Adoring Kiss .

Spartan

Spartan is the main class wind uses for the teamwide double strike offered by the CA of a Dark Opus with Chain of Falsehood. This is thanks to its skill Molon Labe All allies gain Bonus DMG (20%, 3T), Jammed (30%-90%, 8T), Lethal Attack Dodged (1 times), and Shielded (3000).
(Consumes 40% of each ally’s current HP.)
which provides 20% bonus damage, lethal attack dodged, and Jammed to the party while consuming 40% of HP for easy enmity activation. There are two main considerations when playing Spartan.

The first is survivability. Since Spartan runs at such low HP values, it is very important to not die. Spartan offering teamwide lethal attacked dodged is a good start. After that, limiting actions of the enemy is advisible. Raphael and Noire the Rock! both prevent special attacks from occuring with the former being 1 or 2 turns and the later being a flat 2 turns. The other option is using Can’t Attack via Vania (Yukata) to prevent the enemy from attacking altogether.

The other is how to get to 100% bar on MC. Outside Splitting Spirit Convert caster’s HP to charge bar (3% charge bar for every 250 HP consumed, up to 100% charge bar).
(Consumes up to 50% of current HP.)
, there is no other skill available to Spartan to get there. Thus there are three main options. Qilin can be used to bring back Splitting Spirit. Triple Zero’s call grants MC with instant charge as well as CA reactivation. And lastly, some setups will only have one turn of double strike and save Naru’s assassin for that turn.

Manadiver

Manadiver, with the proper manatura, deals skill damage on MC normal attacks. As a result, it is the choice for any skill mash setups. While they have higher turn counts than the prior methods, Wind has several strong skill attackers like Lich (Halloween) and Estarriola that don’t normal attack. As a result, there is little lockout between turns allowing one to mash quickly enough to be on par with setups with fewer turns. Additionally, those two as well as Galleon (Summer) offer end of turn dispels for up to 3 dispels a turn. In the case the boss has several nasty buffs it gains, those buffs will be quickly removed.

Berserker

Berserker uses the same idea of turn mashing as the Manadiver setup. The major difference is Berserker makes use the gacha weapon Swan which deals an additional 3 hit damage instant whenever an enemy buff is removed. With three three dispels a turn and the plenty of buffs the enemy boss gets, this should add up to a lot of free skill damage each turn.

Full Auto Setups

Full auto setups are generally way more dependant on boss mechanics than manual setups and can be hard to predict ahead of time. Exact setups will not be posted until after round start.

Characters

These are characters that will be strong for FA setups. They are divided by into three characters to make identifying replacements or determining what to slot based on your needs easier.

Generally stronger characters are listed higher.

Theorycrafted Setups

This section will go over some theoretical Full Auto setups. Due the FA relying heavily on boss mechanics, they may require slight or significant changes for the real fight. EIther way, they offer a good starting point for potential setups.

Manadiver

Manadiver the classic choice for full auto thanks to its teamwide bonus damage and skill damage on normal attacks. This will be the default option for most players and it does allow for a fair amount of character flexibility. The below setups should be the most optimal teams for this unless boss mechanics say otherwise.

Spartan Yatima

This is an adapted burst setup making use of Spartan’s strong burst capabilities to quickly take down the boss. The main downside to this setup is survivability which is doubly hard for FA. Yatima is used to call Raphael which can prevent enemy special attacks for 1-2, but depending on the boss mechanics, that 1 turn roll may prove an issue.

Spartan 000

This is also an adaption of a Spartan burst. This one instead uses both Triple Zero and Splitting Spirit Convert caster’s HP to charge bar (3% charge bar for every 250 HP consumed, up to 100% charge bar).
(Consumes up to 50% of current HP.)
for two turns of teamwide double strike. Since Raphael can’t be called here, it instead relies on Noire’s skill 1 Edge of Depravity to stop the enemy special attacks for two turns. The main downside of this method compared to its burst counterpart is that since Demonbream isn’t called, damage output is reduced significantly.
