Notation
For GW, setups are commonly abrieviated based on the number of buttons that are used (B), the number of summons used (S), and the number of turns it takes (T). For example, a setup that says 3T 25B5S means it takes 3 turns and uses 25 buttons and 5 summons.
For FA setups, they are instead notated by the time it takes to defeat them. This can vary depending on ping and for longer raids variances in RNG.
Manual Setups
Characters
Here is a quick overview of characters that are useful for Burst setups.
NM250 setups likely favor CA setups once again. Thus, you will want to use strong CA characters that can deal lots of damage while maintaining CA uptime as high as possible. Haaselia and Vajra will likely make up the majority of setups.

Characters
These are characters that will be strong for FA setups. They are divided by into three characters to make identifying replacements or determining what to slot based on your needs easier.
Generally stronger characters are listed higher.
Theorycrafted Setups
This section will go over some theoretical Full Auto setups. Due the FA relying heavily on boss mechanics, they may require slight or significant changes for the real fight. EIther way, they offer a good starting point for potential setups.
Kengo
Kengo is the easiest way to maintain the CA loops required to keep the NM250 boss stacks low and therefore keeping its damage output low. For the other main concern of dispels, both Vajra and Yatima dispel on CA making it pretty easy to peel off the various buffs of the boss. Additionally, the low hit counts of CA setups mean the damage from the reflect the boss will likely have is at a minimum. Yatima is very important for the 100% debuff resistance she provides to the team at full stacks. Without both of them, NM250 will likely be a rough time due to the mechanics of Soul Invoker we’ve seen so far. (I don’t have Yatima so I will absolutely be looking for a solution without her).
Street King
Street King shenanigans do have the potential of returning and would be faster than the Kengo setups due to the lower reliance on CAs. Here it leans a lot more towards skill damage for its output. Compared to the Kengo strat, the main drawback here is that the stacks would on average be higher meaning more damage will be taken. So this strat does need strong investment to pull off. Gabriel is the most replacable one here since she is there primarily for her dispels. Vajra or Tefnut (Summer) would be her best replacements and could even perform better depending on the buffs the boss gains.
Lumberjack
A potential alternative party for those without Vajra or Yatima is leaning heavily into the defensive side with Lumberjack. The party does have several major drawbacks. The first is a major lack of dispels with Gabriel being the only reliable source of dispels. If you lack here, you will need another dispel unit and hopefully one that can output them frequently. The other is that Lumberjack is harder to pull off the CA chains needed to keep boss stacks low. The defensive nature of the class and Europa cover it a long way, but it might not be enough.
Paladin
And then another party via ペンタ without Yatima and Vajra is Paladin wielding its CCW Royal Deliverance. Royal Deliverance upgrades Boosted Resistance All allies gain Debuff Resistance Boosted (200%, 5T) and Dispel Cancel (No Limit) (5T). to have 100% uptime on its 100% debuff resistance and dispel cancel completely remove the worry over nasty debuffs. For those without Yatima, this is incredibly valuable and is highly suggested if you farmed out the CCW.
