Fire Unite and Fight 2025
How to Farm
GW consists of 7 rounds.
The first two are colloquially refered to as meat farming. For most players, this round consists of farming out Extreme or Extreme+ to get host mats for the raids of Finals. In the first round, Preliminaries, all honor is counted to both crew and individual honors. In the second, Interlude, honors only count towards individuals. Farming preliminaries is a lot more important for this reason where interlude can often be skipped unless ranking. NM90 is also available these days. They will typically be the go to route for farming Celestial weapons as they are the fastest node that drops them and the rates at all Nightmare fights are about the same.
The bulk of GW is the four rounds of Finals. In this stage, teams go head to head to see who can get more honors during the round period. These rounds introduce Nightmare raids which uses the meat farmed during the previous rounds. Day 1 introduces NM95 and NM100, Day 2 brings NM150 and Day 3 provides the final fights of NM200 and NM250. While the best players will aim for the highest level every day, the general rule for all players is to farm whatever stage nets you the most honors per hour. So for example, if your best NM200 takes more than 3.25 times longer than NM150, it would be better to run NM150. The other main meta concern of this round is meat usage. It is helpful to both set meat usage goals and limits for each round so that you can both meet your individual goals as well as retain meat for the later rounds with a much higher honors/meat ratio.
The final round is Final Rally, a rematch against the GW boss with your whole crew. The fight is generally not notable in terms of diffculty and can easily be FA’d or refresh spammed.
Notable Changes This Year
In the last year, there has been some major boosts to fire taking it from very strong to absurdly strong.
Wamdus (Holiday) steps in as the best OB attacker in Fire. If she starts battle with at least 60k HP, she gains GTA, 20% normal amp, and 4 hit flurry. Additionally, she deals a 6 hit skill nuke on TAs. She’s amazing for OTK, burst, as well as shorter FAs like NM100 and NM150. The main drawback with her is needing 60k HP. This can be difficult to balance full power and HP but for the most part there are ways to achieve it.
This will be the first fire UnF with the Omega rebirth series. This is a huge boom for farmable grid as Colossus Cane Ira and Colossus Bomber Ira
make for substaintially stronger grids that in the past. While Agni still has a large lead over Colossus, that is more due to Agni being incredibly strong over Colossus being weak unlike the past.
[[[w|pheonix-torch]]] is the best mainhand for Fire Manadiver setups thanks to it adding additional nukes on attacks. For Agni grids is also provides Big Crit which pairs well with Overriders. For FA setups, its also provides healing once the enemy has singed 7. Its great for both Agni as well as Colossus. While it does have Agni skills making it better for Agni, the additional nukes and heals can be fully used by Omega grids.
[[[w|yuel-grand]]] is a healer, dispeller, and teamwide buffer. She can heal every turn and cut debuff durations by 1. Her main downside is she needs quite some time to ramp up. To fully ramp,. she needs a combined total of 6 chainbursts or her own TAs. After the first 6, she begins to dispel on normal attacks which go a long way for the harder fights. Overall, she’s best geared towards the longer FAs like NM200 or NM250.
Yuel also comes with Sennen Goji which is the best skill boosting weapon available in fire. It provides skill supp as well as skill cap and amp on par with the Key of Sagacity. Like that Key, it does need 280% aura boost to utilize. None of the skills are Agni specific making it both equally strong for Colossus or Agni setups.
Orologia is an incredibly strong Burst summon that turns the MC’s first skill into one called [[[se|transcendant-blue]]]. It deals a large 11 hit nuke and grants MC 20% ATK, 30% DEF, 100% DA, 50% TA, 10% cap up, 10% damage amp, and debuff success rate up. Its excellent for any setups that heavily focus on MC damage of which there are many many of in light. In addition, the 11 hit nuke can be boosted enough to deal 35m allowing for an extremely low lockout OTK.
Weapons

This first section will cover weapons that are equally useful for Omega and Optimus.

1 Draconic Harp![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1 Worldstorming Aetos![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
1 Kiss of The Devil![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | MH option for Lucha |
1 Ray of Zhuque Malus![]() | ★☆☆☆☆ | Generally phased out but good if you lack the better cap up sources. |
The most basic thing you should have leveled is your opus as that will be your mainstay for all grids. Level 200 is the baseline due to gaining the incredibly important 3rd skill slot. 230 is the most important transcendance level as it adds boostable damage amp to the opus. 250 is a minor upgrade to the skills but is still good to upgrade two if you can afford it.
When it comes to Ultima weapons, the most useful ones will be Ultima Staff and Ultima Claw
. The former pairs with Manadiver as well as Alanaan. The latter is for Lucha setups. The claw should be Fire so it canbe mainhanded.
Next up, for World weapons, you’ll want Worldvexing Angelos as a strong slot for Manadiver teams. Worldstorming Aetos
is an another decent pick for more skill damage from Manadiver and Zeta.
Moving onto celestial weapons, Altruism-Soul Staff and Covenant-Ruin Fist
will be the main choices for the same reason as the Ultimas. Demolition-Tiger Axe
will also be a pretty useful one especially with Wamdus.
As for NWF weapons, neither by themselves will be that useful. Kiss of The Devil is a MH option if you don’t want to make a fire ultima claw. Heat of The Sun
won’t be used but still should be uncapped all the way for Alan’s FLB.
Draconic Harp and its upgrade Refrain of Blazing Vigor
will both be great defensive investments for FA especially if you wish to tackle the higher NM fights or have weaker characters in general.
The Viking CCW Norden Labrys is also a strong investment for OTK. This is thanks to its 3rd skill casting Banahogg
2-hit superior Elemental damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~370,000 per hit).
Inflict DEF Lowered (25%, 180s).
If main or auxiliary weapon is a sabre: Boost to number of hits (2 times).
If main or auxiliary weapon is an axe: Also inflict status DEF Down (25%, 180s).
to activate at the end of a turn where 40 or more hits dealt. Banahogg is a very large skill damage nuke making it a lot easier to pull of an OTK.
Royal Deliverance is another strong CCW investment for 100% uptime on 100% debuff resistance and dispel cancel as well as dispelling on CA. This will make NM250 a ton easier if you lack the important characters that can dispel or prevent debuffs.
Gold Moon
Summon | Priority | Notes |
---|---|---|
0-1 Sky Piercer (Fire)![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
0-1 Higurashi![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Blazing Mistral![]() | ★★★★★ ★★★★★ ★★★★★ ★★★★★ ★★★★★ | Real score: ☆☆☆☆☆ |
As for Gold Moon weapons for Fire, there are two big ones.
Sky Piercer (Fire) is an excellent mainhand for Sumaibito setups thanks to giving the MC GTA and the extra bonus damage on the main character. While manadiver probably will be stronger at the higher levels, Sumaibito’s access to Tag Team
All allies instantly perform a normal attack without using up a turn.
for another round of teamwide normal attacks on the same turn as Alanaan’s 2 hit flurry will be make it a strong contender as well.
Higurashi is a CA focused weapon that will be BIS for any CA focused NM250 setups. As mainhand, it increases charge bar gain to all allies by 30%, provides 400k supp, and then on chainburst it grants the party debuff res up, dispel cancel, and 10% bar. Additionally, it adds 2 the count of any chainburst and will deal a 10 hit nuke on any 5 chain (3 CAs). On top of this, it has big Optimus glory. Generally though, I would wait to get this until more about NM250 is theorycrafted or even better until NM250 is out.
Colossus

To start, let us cover the weapons needed for Colossus grids.
Core
Summon | Priority | Notes |
---|---|---|
4 Colossus Cane Ira![]() | ★★★★★ | 4 required for Extremity |
2 Colossus Bomber Ira![]() | ★★★★★ | |
1 Sol Remnant![]() | ★★★★★ |
Like most other elements at this point, the core of Omega grids are its M3 exalto weapon. In this case, that would be Colossus Cane Ira. Four of these will cover all your needs from OTK to burst to FA. 4 is also needed for Super Lucilius Keys for burst setups.
Colossus Bomber Ira is also highly reccomended for its skill cap up and supp. Particularly, it will be great for any FA setup and potentially NM250.
And the last super core piece to have is Sol Remnant. It provides 10% bonus damage on TAs. This does not stack with Falsehood but as a result frees you from needing Falsehood for that additional echo. It will be used in OTK, Burst, and FA so make sure its ULB.

3 ATK Extinction Blade Mk II![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1-2 Nilakantha![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1-2 DEF Extinction Blade![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1 Colossus Buster Ira![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1-2 Sword of Pallas Militis![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1-3 Benbenet![]() | ★★★☆☆ | 1-2 with 1 Crimson Scale 0 with 2 |
1 Summer’s Mirage![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
2 ATK, 2 DEF Al-Abad![]() | ★★★☆☆ | DEF depends on how CA setups for NM250 shape up. |
1-2 DEF Mortality Bow![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
1-2 Scimitar of Brahman![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
1 SPC Ushumgal![]() | ★☆☆☆☆ | Good Relic Buster mainhand. |
Outside the Exalto, the best mod in Fire is Extinction Blade Mk II. They will likely be good for any unboosted setups or Kag x Kag OTK. Another solid mod option is Nilakantha
as it brings stamina. The HP mod on it is good as well for Wamdus setups or for FA.
Sword of Pallas Militis is another OTK weapon thanks to it providing 20% MA at max HP. Two of them is 40% TA which will be very helpful for EX+ setups.
Benbenet and their supp will be decent slots but are replaced easily by stronger weapons. You could use about 3 of them for OTK if you lack Crimson Scales. If you already have two Scales you won’t need it.
Al-Abad and Summer’s Mirage
are for CA based OTK or CA setups for NM250.
For Defensive options, Extinction Blade, Colossus Buster Ira
, Scimitar of Brahman
, and Mortality Bow
are all pretty solid slots. The bow provides 10% skill cap and 5% normal cap which makes it great for adding additional cap up.
On the topic of the bow, 2 ATK Mortality Bow Mk IIs are a safety investment. I don’t know if they would get used at this point since there really isn’t slots for them. But if you want to in case there is a use, they do pack a lot of value.
Premium Upgrades
Summon | Priority | Notes |
---|---|---|
1-2 Crimson Scales![]() | ★★★★★ | |
1-2 Sennen Goji![]() | ★★★★☆ | |
0-1 Phoenix’s Torch![]() | ★★★★☆ |
For premium upgrade options, Crimson Scale is your highest priority thanks to the unconditional 50k supp.. They are an excellent boost and its a highly reccomended to get one not just for the supp and cap up they provide but also for coming with Michael
who’s backline 20% boost to Omega and Optimus weapon skills will come in handy.
Sennen Goji is fire’s best skill boost weapon providing both 100k skill supp as well as the Key of Sagacity effect of 30% skill cap and 10% skill amp. For any skill heavy setup, in another words most setups, it can offer a strong boost to damage output.
Phoenix’s Torch is an excellent mainhand for Manadiver setups providing an additional 6 hit skill nuke after normal attacks, raising Singed stacks, and healing and providing bar to allies.
Agni

Agni grids will likely be mostly stable until UnF. That said, things can always change.
Core
Summon | Priority | Notes |

3 Overriders![]() | ★★★★★ | |
2 Crimson Scales![]() | ★★★★★ | |
1 Phoenix’s Torch![]() | ★★★★★ | |
2 Lord of Flames![]() | ★★★★☆ | |
1-2 Sennen Goji![]() | ★★★★☆ |
Overrider is both Fire’s exalto weapon as well as providing boostable bonus damage. This goes up to 50% and frees you from the Falsehood key. Crimson Scales
offer 50k supp and 7% cap per party and are another major source of cap break.
Phoenix’s Torch is an excellent mainhand for Manadiver setups providing an additional 6 hit skill nuke after normal attacks, raising Singed stacks, and healing and providing bar to allies. It also comes with Big crit and heal cap to help reach 100% grid crit.
Sennen Goji is fire’s best skill boost weapon providing both 100k skill supp as well as the Key of Sagacity effect of 30% skill cap and 10% skill amp. For any skill heavy setup, in another words most setups, it can offer a strong boost to damage output.
Lord of Flames provides 7% special cap, 40% EX ATK, and 25% DEF per copy when at least 4 weapons of the same group are equipped. For certain burst setups, the additional cap up is great to push out more NA damage. Sennen Goji overall has lowered the importance of of having Lord of Flames for burst outside needing one copy for Percival. FA would like to have 2-3 available for the defense against the harder hitting fights..

1 Dreadful Flamesword![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
2 DEF Extinction Blade![]() | ★★★☆☆ | |
1-2 MA Ixaba![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
1 ATK Extinction Blade Mk II![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Solomon’s Accelerator![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
1-2 Erichthonius![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Twelfth Vertex of the Passels![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Tiny Logger’s Axe![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | For FA and NM250 |
1 Partly Powerful Popgun![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | Keep two copies. |
1 ATK Purifying Thunderbolt![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Firestorm Scythe![]() | ★★☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Fist of Destruction![]() | ★☆☆☆☆ | |
0-1 Cloudblazer’s Broom![]() | ★☆☆☆☆ |
Dreadful Flamesword and Ixaba
are the main TA boost weapons for fire. Flamesword is an efficient slot for Wamdus setups packing medium HP to help her hit 60k HP, small stamina, medium ATK, and medium TA. Flamesword is best for boostable due to the TA being boostable. On the other hand, Ixaba is a strong damage mod slot thanks to its mix of normal ATK and stamina. It also provides 10% TA from MA awakening which will make it great in unboosted situations like OTK. Other alternative TA weapons are Solomon’s Accelerator
which is great if you are missing Flamesword or Erichthonius
which is farmable but the HP cut doesn’t pair well with Wamdus.
Twelfth Vertex of the Passels is the main alternative skill supp and cap weapon to Sennen Goji. Vertexes can replace them if you don’t have 2.
Fist of Destruction and Tiny Logger’s Axe
are all crit weapons. Typically, going for crit is pretty low priority, but it can be useful for OTK or low button bursts. FoD has Big II crit making it the best as a crit slot. Tiny Logger’s Axe introduces stamina to the crit grid which makes it quite good.
Cloudblazer’s Broom, which is here not JUST cuz its Anna’s weapon, provides skill cap and HP which can be helpful for setups with Wamdus (Holiday).
Partly Powerful Popgun, Purifying Thunderbolt
, Firestorm Scythe
are Fire’s CA weapons. Popgun is the strongest CA slot thanks to providing big glory and special CA up. Purifying Thunderbolt is all around solid for both the CA cap up, ATK awakening, and Big crit. Firestorm Scythe is a boostable CA supp weapon but there probably won’t be space for it. Still I don’t want to ignore it completely just in case. Overall, I’m not rating the CA weapons highly simply because more NM250 theorycrafting needs to be done. They might all be highly used for it this year but for now just make sure you have the weapons and wait til more research is done before doing more.

Example Grids
Here are a few examples of weapon configurations for this year.
Colossus
Burst
Burst setups make heavy use of the exalto weapon Colossus Cane Ira as a source of cap up and raw mod. Outside that, core, we want more cap breaks. Sol Remnant
provides bonus damage on TAs which also reduces our reliance on Falsehood opus. Outside that, the empty slots will typically be a mix of Celestials or supplmental weapons like Benbenet
or Crimson Scales
.
Since there isn’t a need for Falsehood opus, this also frees us up to use the Pendulum of Extremity. With the omega boost from Michael or Chichiri
as well as Wedges of the Sky
], we can achieve the required 280% with only four canes.
The examples here are all for Manadiver which will use the incrediblely powerful Exo Maitrah Karuna as mainhand. The other main class you’ll see is Sumaibito
which will typically run Ultima Claw (Fire)
or Kiss of The Devil
.
Full Auto
When it comes to FA, Fire leans very heavily towards Manadiver. Thanksfully, we can maximize the skill damage from it easily thanks to Colossus Bomber Ira
. For a shorter setup, you can run three Colossus Cane Iras
, but for longer ones one will do. Outside the usual staples of Exo mainhand, Opus, Seraphic or Ultima, and Sol Remnant, there is typically three slots open. One will be celestial if you have it. The others can lean more offensive like the additional canes mentioned before, Benbenets
, or Crimson Scales
or lean a bit more defensive like slotting in a Colossus Buster Ira
, Extinction Blades
, or Mortality Bows
.
Agni
Burst
For Burst, there are two main strategies Fire leans on.
The first is its Manadiver setups. These are very common for BHL or other similar shorter burst. The main considerations with this are reaching 60k HP on Wamdus (Holiday)
and hitting 100% TA on MC.
The present meta for this burst type is to run Agni x Agni. As a result, only two Overriders are needed to reach the 50% bonus damage cap. [[[w|phoenixs’s-torch]]] is the go to best mainhand for the extra skill nukes.
The setup has three main free slots open. One slot is your TA slot. The ideal choices here are Dreadful Flamesword or Solomon’s Accelerator
. The other two will either be skill cap boosts or further TA boosts. The best slot is Sennen Goji
. Alternative slots are Twelfth Vertex of the Passels
, Solomon’s Accelerators
, or MA Ixabas
.
Before Manadiver took over BHL, Sumaibito was king. Sumaibito has some design principles that are different than the Manadiver setup and such principles are gonna be more prevelent in UnF. The two big differences are that it is single sided in order to have Yatima
as a main summon and it brings in fire’s super buffer Alanaan
. Alan provides strong crit damage and 100% TA to party removing the need for TA weapons. Three Overriders are slotted to reach the 50% bonus damage cap. Like before there are three main free slots. They are best either going for more cap up or for more raw damage depending on context.
Full Auto
Like with Burst, Manadiver is the strongest class for FA. For shorter to medium bursts, the grid will be pretty similar to the burst one as it greatly boossts both normal attack and skill damage for the party. The three extra slots discussed before can be swapped out depending on the fight. For example, swapping in more defensive pieces like Lord of Flames
or Extinction Blade
for harder hitting fights.
If you lack Super Faa access, run the Stamina key on Opus instead.
