Pre GW Analysis

With the boost to NM200 honors, running it will become a lot more desirable than last year. New tools as well will make clears faster. There are three main types of setups that will likely be run this year.

Kengo

For magna last year, Kengo was the go to option for clearing NM200. And this year it wil likely be again as well. Also like last year, Vajra, Poseidon, and Helel ben Shalem (Summer) will likely be the go to team for the fastest clears. Fediel (Summer) is a strong option released in the last year that could replace Poseidon for faster clears, but his 100% debuff resistance on Isthmia All Water allies gain Isthmia (5T). should result in much more reliable clears.

Manadiver

For primal last year, skill damage comps were king. This will likely remain the same for non Hrae users this year except changing from monk to Manadiver. As for characters, Poseidon, Cagliostro (Summer), Anila (Yukata). and Lancelot (Grand) all look like strong options.

Soldier

And of course, this king this year will be Hraesvelgr setups. This setup below is an example of how quick these clears will be but top clears will likely be even faster thanks to Haaselia’s FLB.

Kengo

Magna’s water strength in ougi damage makes an ougi class like Kengo a great choice. While slower than other setups due to ougi lockout, it is a great option for magna players.

Full Auto

Full auto setups are generally way more dependant on boss mechanics than manual setups and can be hard to safely predict.

NM200 requires defensive play which makes Iatromantis and Paladin popular choices. Varuna likely can pull off more offensive classes like Manadiver. Magna can probably pull it off as well with Judgment of Torrential Tides.

quwatoro put out a video going over some archetypes for NM200 teams. Boss mechanics will determine which ones are viable but it is an excellent starting point for those unsure of what to try.

Lumberjack

Lumberjack is the ultimate safety class for FA. While slower than most other setups, it is a great way tp patch together a team to clear NM200. Many of these setups are slow so it’s mostly reccomended if you are needing a first clear.
